Cynthia Quezada

is a certified yoga teacher with 11 years experience in dance. She has always had a passion for learning and understanding body movement, which led to her passion for wellness. She found her way to yoga about 2 years ago, when she was struggling to consistently hit the gym with high intensity workouts due to health issues. She decided to try out at home yoga through guided yoga videos. She soon fell in love with the physical practice of yoga, and began noticing her health was improving.

As a former psychology student, she realized that while psychology is the study of the mind aiming to understand others, yoga is the study of the mind aiming to understand the selfthe true study on mind, body and spirit. This was absolutely fascinating to her.

Yoga was turning out to be all the things she had ever loved wrapped up in one: health, movement and spirituality. She decided to follow her intuition and pursue yoga. Cynthia enrolled into a month long intensive yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India at Vinyasa Yoga Foundation. While her studies concentrated on vinyasa yoga and hatha yoga, she also studied therapy yoga and focuses her teachings on meditation, gentle and restorative yoga.

Cynthia is currently studying at Institute of Integrative Nutrition where she studies holistic health, and will soon become a Holistic Health Coach. She aims to bind all her teachings together to create a nurturing space for ultimate wellness.
