Kofi is a Senior Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor, Sanskrit scholar and rare jewel bestowing Yoga philosophy and lesser understood aspects of Yoga practice in our local area.

Yoga Within, which closed in 2020, was a lovely Aptos studio owned by Amey Mathews, Karyn Bristol, and Karen Zeilin, all fantastic teachers in their own right. We received a large donation of props from YW for which we are grateful!
