Erin has 13 years of experience practicing different styles of yoga, learning from practitioners in
India, California, New York, Costa Rica, Pennsylvania, Guatemala, and many places in-between.
Through years of personal practice her teaching methodology has evolved to maintain a focus on
proper alignment, breath work and creating spaces for personal transformation on and off the mat.
She has over 500 hours of certifications in Hatha, Kundalini, and Yin yoga and enjoys teaching as
well as being a life-long student!
