Randee Rose
holds a Master's Degree in Somatic Psychology. She is certified in Medical Qigong, Wisdom Healing Qigong, Zhineng Qigong, Yuan Gong Qigong and also in biofeedback. Randee has been teaching Qigong for 10 years and has studied in-depth with several Masters including Mingtong Gu and Yuan Tze.

Qigong is an integrated mind/body healing method that has been practiced in China for thousands of years. It is a highly effective and important form of alternative complimentary medicine.
Qigong uses mental focus, intention, visualization, gentle movements, breath, and sound to access and move energy. In Qigong, physical disease and emotional problems are seen as energy blockages. With practice it can dissolve blockages bring more energy to our body, allowing energy to flow freely and restore the body to health.
Through dedicated practice, Qigong can strengthen the body, reduce stress, heal dis-ease, activate more energy, enhance mental clarity and emotional stability. Qigong has been effective in both healing and preventing disease.
Qigong is a safe, fun practice accessible to all ages, backgrounds and physical abilities.
