Suzi draws upon her nearly 18 years experience studying and practicing various traditional healing arts. She is a dedicated yoga practitioner, and has been practicing acupuncture and working with medicinal plants for nearly 10 years. Suzanne practices medicine with a joy that is grounded in a deep respect for Earth-based cultures’ approach to health and healing and the potency of mind-body-spirit connection. As a healing practitioner, Suzi is committed to grassroots health care that provides health care access to people based on need, not just based on income.

She also actively organizes in her spiritual community, convening women’s circles and healing ceremonies. Suzi’s work is done in dedication to healing and to the Spirit in all things.

​

Suzi holds a BA in International Relations from San Francisco State University and is a licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist since 2005 from American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco. She has been in private practice and has worked along side Master Acupuncturists and Herbalists, Li Fang Liang, famed fertility specialist in SF, and Robert Levine in Berkeley CA.

 

Suzi is an active board member and organizer for The Women’s Healing Collective, a community service project offering free traditional, non-industrial healing to some of the most vulnerable populations in the Bay Area. Over the past year Suzi has worked at Flux Acupuncture of Santa Cruz, Watsonville Community Acupuncture and the Monterey Community Acupuncture clinics and is excited to be in practice at Watsonville Yoga, Dance and Healing Arts.
